Return Policy
At Lilah Mae, we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping and customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intent to return some of them is not allowed.
Return Process

Request your return via info@lilah-mae.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

We will provide you with the return address.

You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved for its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
