Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers with grace and offering personal, thoughtful styling advice

• Assisting with fit and sizing to ensure every woman leaves feeling confident and comfortable

• Maintaining a polished and inviting store environment, in line with our visual standards

• Supporting day-to-day boutique operations, including restocking and operating the till

• Handling customer queries in person, by phone, or via email with professionalism and warmth

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector

• Excellent communication skills and a sincere, attentive manner

• A genuine interest in women’s fashion and a natural flair for style

• The ability to offer personalised advice with sensitivity and confidence

• Flexibility and reliability, including availability during weekends and key trading periods

Are you a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with a passion for timeless aesthetics? Are you ready to bring your skills to a brand with over 25 years of heritage in women’s fashion? Then we would love to hear from you.

Lilah Mae London is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting elegant, brand-aligned visual content for both our website and marketing channels. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of a brand that values beauty, simplicity and consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing beautiful and user-focused assets for our website, including homepage banners, collection imagery and editorial layouts

• Creating visual content for digital campaigns, including social media, email newsletters and paid advertisements

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop refined creative concepts that speak to our audience

• Enhancing the brand experience through consistent, thoughtful design across all touchpoints

• Upholding brand guidelines to ensure a unified and recognisable visual language

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the fashion or E-commerce space

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

• An excellent eye for layout, typography and colour

• A portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility, consistency, and refined aesthetic judgement

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to take feedback with grace and clarity
