On a crisp autumn morning, 1st October 2000, two sisters – Lilah and Mae Johnson – turned a shared dream into reality. Born and raised in London, the Johnson sisters set out to create a womenswear brand that would celebrate timeless style, honest craftsmanship, and the beauty of growing into yourself.

What began around a modest kitchen table in West London soon became a name trusted by women across the country.
